In your WordPress admin, go to Pages - Add New:

URL Slug (Permalink)

First, make sure you set the permalink structure in Settings - Permalinks. URL slug should be auto-filled as page title, but it can be changed (usually for display / SEO purposes)

Page Options

Content

You can either use Gutenberg (default) editor or Elementor Page Builder (Edit with Elementor).

These options will overwrite theme options settings for the current page only. you can find page options settings.
